In reality its easy to take small steps to improve your health and well being, The Little Mill has 4 tips to begin 2016 as you mean to go on.
Eat more fibre
Eating more fibre can help prevent heart disease, diabetes and some cancers, but more importantly it is essential for your digestive health. Wholemeal bread is a great source of insoluble fibre. It makes you feel fuller for longer and this may help aid weight loss.
