A quick and delicious wholemeal bread that is lovely with soup or on its own.

Wholemeal Courgette & Raisin Bread


~ 1 Courgette grated

~ 180g Little Mill Plain Wholemeal flour

~ 50g Oats

~1/2tsp Baking soda

~ 1tsp Baking powder

~ 1/2tsp Cinnamon

~2 Eggs

~110g Oil

~50g Honey

~50g Raisins

~50g Mixed seeds


  1. Beat together oil and honey, then add eggs and beat together.

  2. Sift dry ingredients together and add the wet mixture of oil, honey and eggs.

  3. Add grated courgette and mix in.

  4. Add Seeds, raisins and oats last.

  5. Bake in a greased 9” loaf pan at 180c for 45 to 60 minutes.
