  • Eoin goes back to school! Little Mill Bread Demo at Castlecomer Community School

    Its been a while since Eoin was in school, he was delighted to go back but this time to meet with the second year students from Castlecomer Community School. The little Mill visited the school to give a bread making demonstration and we are delighted to report that the future of baking is looking good if the interest and enthusiasm of this group was anything to go by. Of course it does help that their teacher Ms. Manning is a passionate foodie and baker and her energy is somewhat contagious!
