This is a coarsely milled stoneground wholemeal flour blended with Brown Linseed, Buckwheat, Millet and Poppy Seed, ideally suited for combining at 50% plain or strong flour to produce seeded soda and yeast bread. This wholemeal flour has been produced using traditional stoneground milling methods, which means unlike refined flour it retains all of its nutritional goodness, B & E vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, protein, minerals and healthy oils.

Packaging:
This product is packed in 1.5kg resealable plastic bags (made from food grade materials) with 6 x 1-5kg bags contained within a cardboard box.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place, away from strong odours and direct sunlight. A storage temperature 2 – 20°C is recommended.
Shelf Life:
270 days ‘Best before shelf life’ from production date when stored under the recommended storage conditions. Online customers are guaranteed a minimum of 3 months best before shelf life.
