This wholemeal flour has been produced using traditional stoneground milling methods, which means unlike refined flour it retains all its nutritional goodness, B & E vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, protein, minerals and healthy oils. The spelt passes through three sets of millstones, which delivers just the right amount of heat, perfect for making soda and yeasted bread.

This product is packed in 1.5kg resealable plastic bags (made from food grade materials) with 6 x 1.5g bags per box.

Storage Condition:

Store in a cool and dry place, away from strong odours and direct sunlight. A storage temperature of 2-20° is recommended.

Shelf Life:

180 days ‘Best before shelf life’ from production date when stored under the recommended storage conditions. Online customers are guaranteed a minimum of 2 months best before shelf life.
